From 9 Feb 2009 you need to subscribe before being able to download or upload files. Click the subscribe button to do so.

I have subscribed but not heard anything

The subscription system is manual so can take up to 48 WORKING HOURS - although it is usually quicker. Please do not email or chase until this time is up. If the 48 hours is up then:

1) Check your email and spam folder - the most common reason for delay is that you have provided the wrong or no user name. (we will them email you to check)
2) Log out and re log in.
3) Check your spam/email to see if you have received an email from us (we have had quite a lot of people giving an incorrect user name)
4) If it still doesn't work, apolgies please use the support system below.

How do I download files

  1. Login
  2. Select the folder you want
  3. Click file that you want
  4. Click download
  5. Click SAVE AS
  6. Remember to Rate files after you have used them

How do I upload files

  1. Login
  2. Click upload
  3. Fill in name of file (make it descriptive)
  4. Select category where it should be saved
  5. Add key words to description
  6. Click browse and choose file to upload
  7. Click Suggest files

I can't do anything?
