How do I download files

1. Login
2. Select the folder you want
3. Click file that you want
4. Click download
5. Click SAVE AS
6. Remember to Rate files after you have used them

How do I upload files

1. Login
2. Click upload
3. Fill in name of file (make it descriptive)
4. Select category where it should be saved
5. Add key words to description
6. Click browse and choose file to upload
7. Click Suggest files

I can't do anything?
You need to register, you will then get an activation email. Once you have activated this you can up/down load.

I can't activate/I didn't receive an email?
Sorry, sometimes there are problems, especially with AOL. Please enter a support request and I will activate you. However please be patient as the activation email can take a couple of hours to arrive. support

I have seen an error/problem

• Your browser and PC/MAC/Linux
• The file that was a problem
• Any error message
